Promote advanced energy-saving and emission reduction technologies such as total oxygen combustion, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, waste heat power generation, and variable frequency speed regulation, and improve the comprehensive level of energy conservation and emission reduction. Implement technological transformation, promote clean production, and build demonstration projects for sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emission reduction. According to the requirements of the regulations, enterprises have certain requirements for the heat production rate, sulfur, nitrogen and other indicators in the fuel.
