Imports of imported cotton quotas, and the release of reserve cotton and other favorable policies are aimed at increasing market supply and alleviating pressure on textile companies. After entering 2012, the year-on-year growth rate of the cumulative exports of domestic textile and garments was basically in a stagnation phase. From January to July of this year, the total domestic textile and apparel exports were US$137.4 billion, a decrease of 0.2% from US$137.69 billion in the same period of last year; Binzhou Cotton Spinning Enterprises achieved industrial sales value of 110.441 billion yuan, an increase of 8.42% year-on-year, of which export value of 1.883 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 47.06%.
