Creating "Qin Drug" Internationalization

In response, Xu Society suggested that the establishment of an international brand for Shaanxi Qinqin should solve the problem of multi-headed management in the 12 departments of Chinese herbal medicines, and follow the national traceability system for Chinese herbal medicines to ensure that the quality standards of Qin drugs are higher than National Pharmacopoeia Standards, so that Shaanxi "Qin drugs" go out of the country to the international. At the same time, universities and colleges are organized to cooperate with enterprises to conduct in-depth research on Chinese medicine products, develop drugs, health products, and functional foods to increase the added value of medicines. The government should also incorporate the development of the Chinese medicine industry into the government budget, establish a reserve of Chinese herbal medicines, organize financial institutions to provide strong support, and try its best to make the “Qin medicine†bigger and stronger.
Make cheap drugs no longer scarce
Illness: At present, it is very difficult to buy such cheap, traditional life-saving medicines and special drugs as protamine, penicillin, chlorpheniramine, castor oil, chloramphenicol eye drops, and pagoda in hospitals and pharmacies. The people who seek medicine to cure the disease have to choose the "new medicine" that is more expensive. In this regard, Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference member Feng Yiwei analyzed the reasons, saying that this was driven by the interests of pharmaceutical companies. For some unprofitable and cheap drugs, pharmaceutical companies chose not to produce. At the same time, medical insurance has not been included in the scope, and domestically-made cheap drugs have been “extinuished†and expensive imported medicines have been “squeaked†outside medical insurance, causing many patients to fall into a predicament.
The prescription: "The establishment of a comprehensive national security system for cheap drugs is a permanent solution." Feng Xiaowei suggested that for medicines that are clinically necessary, irreplaceable, and dosage indefinite, the country should establish a reserve security system, with specialized agencies responsible for such drugs. Procurement, reserve and allocation, the formation of compensation and incentive mechanisms, so that pharmaceutical companies have a reasonable profit. Under the premise of ensuring the normal production of cheap drugs, special channels for cheap medicines have been opened to ensure that cheap drugs are returned to the market. At the same time, establish a subsidy mechanism for cheap drugs, determine the proportion of government subsidies for each category of cheap drugs, ensure a reasonable profit rate for enterprises, and allow price-adjusted cheap drugs to enter the medical insurance catalog, etc., to establish a “green channel†for cheap drugs.
Children's medication is no longer "adult"
Illness: “Now, there are very few pediatric special dosage forms on the market. Most of the children’s medicines are replaced with adult medicines, mainly based on children’s weight, age, or the ratio of body surface area to adults, and rely on experience in medication.†Jun said that 90% of China's medicines do not have children's dosage forms, and they need to divide the tablets equally into several parts. This makes it difficult to ensure the accuracy of the dose, and it will lead to the waste of medicines. Moreover, there are few specific instructions on the use, dosage, contraindications, adverse reactions, and precautions of children's medications in the drug label, but the safe use of drugs by children is an important issue for children's health.
Prescription: Fu Jun suggested that due to the large investment in children's drug research and development, long cycle, evaluation is difficult, and the production and sales of large risks, relatively low profits, pharmaceutical companies and scientific research units for children's drug research and development and production enthusiasm is not high. Therefore, the government should introduce policies to encourage and support relevant enterprises and research institutes to increase the research, development, and production of children's drug use. At the same time, it should establish a strict examination and approval system for drug descriptions and a normative specification. In addition, the establishment of severe adverse drug reactions to children after drug use, mandatory reporting, evaluation system, and timely notification of medical institutions to ensure the safety of children's medication.
